Hand stripping is a grooming process that involves removing dead hairs from the coat by hand instead of clipping to keep the coat tidy and healthy, not every breed can have this type of grooming, Only wire hair coats can be hand striped and only in certain conditions. It is a long procedure which can take up to 3 hours.
